Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be:
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Not damaged

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened food products (for hygiene reasons)
• Items damaged due to misuse

Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
• Refund will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with proof (images/video).
